"Have you seen the marketplace here? It's quite impressive."
Irsten walks back and forth from the Trader's Pavilion to the dockside. At about 6664, 7007 an Agent of Akala will jump out, yelling "Akala demands tribute!" and attack him.
Whether you save him or not there is no quest and no achievement. This must connect to a quest but it might be one that has not been added to the game, yet.
Ferekens is on the other side of town, by the Laboratory, and he will also be attacked by an Agent of Akala but, other than that and the fact that Ferekens mentions waiting for Irsten, there does not seem to be any connection between the two. Perhaps there is another place we will find another instance of Irsten and learn more?
