Sounds like a good idea to me. The /lsmes space has always been too small IMHO, and this'll make it easier to be in more than one LS too since if you use it right, you can find out what events the LS is planning.

basically its the community took for those whithout the technical know how or the money to maintain their own site. this is something that SE should have implemented when they created the game. better late than never eh?

You aren't the only one experiencing difficulties. My guess is that people are spamming this site, or the admins are doing emergency maintenance to the site. Another member in my LS is experiencing the same thing. So...either of those two explanations are probably the best bet...my dibs go to people spamming the site though, lol.
