Rift Quest:Unending Waves  

The Living Oceans are located to the east and west of the camp on the beach. When you kill one, two Living Water will spawn. Use your Band of Tidal Sway and target the ground near them to trap them. After completing these two objectives return to the camp and use the Hydrotech Vessel, which can be found right next to the steps that lead into the hut, to finish your objectives. Talk to Drix Brizzle to obtain your reward.
