Rift Quest:Tower of Power  

If you can only find 5 Control Panels do not despair... after some time elapses the Panels you have already used become re-clickable. When you complete this quest you get a 30 minute buff, Blessing of Power, which boosts Attack and Spell Power.

Note: If you are using Adriana's illusion to do this safely (In The Image of My Enemy), when you turn on the final Ethian Control Panel any mob near you will attack despite your disguise!
