Rift Mob:Reborn Endless Cultist  

A rare monster found in Terminus. He spawns in the Lost March in the little enclave just before Rubicon and just after the Endless Barricade.

He drops a pair of slippers that, like the other rare monster drops in Terminus, is only useful for aesthetic means as it is easily replaced by a more powerful one shortly after leaving Terminus. The one advantage of these slippers is that very few people are likely to have them due to the difficulty in retrieving it and the general uselessness of the item leading most to sell it for space even if they acquire one.
