Rift Mob:Haggard Doombrewer  

These appear in a wide area anytime someone starts the Wardstone quest, Strange Brew in Scarlet Gorge. They are standing over a cauldron and are brewing something so horrible that the area is filled with Noxious Vapors that will hit you as a Poison DOT.
