I for one am so pissed. I mean I buy this stupid token and get all excited that I can finally double my inventory space using the satchel. I sign up on the square-enix website then do everything I'm suppose to do just to register the token and attach it to my POL account. Of course I thought everything would move smoothly but as we all know I was wrong. I log in to my account on POL using the token and for some reason it wouldn't let me get in and course I was getting quite irritated. I call them to find out what went wrong just to find out that it was my fault. I accidently made my SE account EU instead of US which caused a problem and since i all ready registered my token they said i have to unregister it and make a whole new account on SE. I do exactly what the rep told me to only to come to another dead end. I call them back to find out what is the problem now. They tell me that "Since you all ready registered your token and tried to unregister it, the token now has become useless." I was pissed. I told them I spent good money that could have been used for something more useful like a fork. I ask them for my money back and they of course fight tooth and nail just to keep my business saying that many many many other people have made the same mistake and they will try to fix the problem to make the token useful again. Well it has now been a year and still my token is not fixed and I've called them a lot of times trying to find out when it will get done and all they can say is they don't know. They never expected to come across this problem. Just saying that SE needs to get their sh*t together.
