It hasn't been updated in ages. Nowadays we use the EQItems collector, which you can download at items.sodeq.org.

I have the same issue. I am told that it is a web cookies bug and that the solution is a long way off. In my case, the link doesn't work right in Chrome, but it does in Firefox. I'd try using a different browser and see if you have better luck.
