Took me a while to get my info to send - had to keep relogging (not restarting) Wow char and alt tabbing and starting prog to get it to work... after first upload, stoped working again

I seem to be able to login correct, and even upload. (It says sending item list ect) but my Statistics are all empty. In the list, everyting is set on 0, so I dont know if it work's

Similar problem. All of my info except for my character's equipment gets collected and sent. Don't know what's going on... but it's annoying indeed.

Been trying to get wow reader to work but it seems to send the info to nowhere. I have double even triple checked my login info and tried from multiple pc's. still no go... any suggestions?
