EverQuest II celebrates its ninth anniversary for this year's event.

The Heroes' Festival, an annual live event first introduced in 2009, has made its return! The event is scheduled to run from 12:01am PST on Friday, November 15 through 11:59pm PST on Monday, November 25. Freeport and Qeynos will be filled with festivities to celebrate the 9th anniversary of EverQuest II.

Centered primarily at the Claymore in Qeynos Capitol District and Execution Plaza in the City of Freeport, players can participate in several event quests. New this year is the Heroes' Feast quest, in which you craft up a great feast for your respective city. All quests from last year will also make a return with alternate currency token reward choices, which can be spent for new items (mostly decorations) on the Heroes' Festival merchant. One new achievement will be awarded to players who work their way through all of the quests.
