Marvel Heroes opens up beta registration and outlines the road ahead.
It seems it's time to start swinging Mjolnir, waxing your shield or SNIKTing your claws. Gazillion has announced that Marvel Heroes has begun inviting a select number of applicants to its closed beta test.
To clarify any lingering questions about the process, Stephen "Rockjaw" Reid produced a Q&A in the form of a community blog.
Reid reminds beta applicants that the game is a beta in the truest sense and that players who want to assist in testing the game are needed, not those looking to get early access to a finished game.
"Marvel Heroes is still in active development, and everyone who applies for Closed Beta should realize, quite simply, that it’s not done. We hope you’ll enjoy playing, but we also hope you’ll help us make the game even better with great constructive feedback and dedicated testing. Taking part in a Closed Beta can sometimes be more like work than play – but it’s a unique chance to see a game taking shape, and to get an insight into development."
