A round up of all the Starcraft II action from the first day of battle

Series VI Sheth Z versus Flash T

Game  I

Everyone's favourite Zerg, Sheth, steps into the ring versus the formidable Flash on Daybreak.

Sheth shows his hand first with a fast roach warren and goes for the deadly baneling, zergling and roach bust. The hellion banshee opening is once again the choice for the Terran while he takes a very fast third base that is beyond dangerous versus what the Zerg has coming.

Sheth then aims his banelings for the bust, but Flash’s high number of hellions clean up the zerglings and the banshees work down the roaches as Sheth's rush comes to a screeching halt. 

Flash then moves his pre-planned aggression at Sheth and his banshees clean up around twenty drones.

Flash then just pokes Sheth down with constant hellion aggression towards his drone lines to sustain his lead.

While he secures his fourth base at fifteen minutes he moves out with a gigantic mech push that has maxed out with thor, hellion and banshee. Sheth has no choice but to throw in the towel as Flash takes a dominant victory.

Game II

With Ohana the designated final map for the evening's skirmishes, can Sheth take the last map for MLG or will KeSPA round out an impressive evening?

Sheth once again takes a move into the fast roach, zergling, baneling attack and Flash once again clears up with minimal damage with the efficient hellion, banshee opening.

In a mirror of the previous game, Flash transitions into a mech composition that is heavy on banshee and thor with a later addition of tanks.

Sheth forces Flash to keep returning to his bases with great roach harrass, but Sheth's hive transition is late and his bank that should be saved for the brood lord transition when he throws away the roaches is diminished by constant roach pressure to keep the mech army at bay.

Flash finally puts his push into overdrive and takes the fight to Sheth at twenty five minutes and with a small brood lord army Sheth is unable to to slow down Flash’s unsieged tanks and takes the final map of the day.
