If it wasn't for the rest of this thread, that'd be the stupidest thing I've heard so far this year.

I wish this ******* thread would die.

I prefer to educate myself as opposed to filling my head with disinformation.

We could make a thread in which we post rule 63 versions of game characters. I've been seeing a lot of 63ed Clouds this morning on Twitter, so I'm sure I could kick that beast off right.

I've all but abandoned Twitter except for a handful of actors', artists', and writers' accounts, but I can't imagine people believing that's anything new. Not like pictures of Stephiroth haven't been around for close to a decade and a half now.

I doubt they do. Just every once in a while someone will go silly and post a lot of pics on a specific theme. 63ed Cloud was just the choice for that day.

Goddammit, Japan. Every time I start to get weirded out by your squid ink Whoppers or whatever other ******** insane thing you've done this week, you go and make me love you all over again.

Japanese professor writes an essay on games culture and GamerGate. Edit: That's apparently only the introduction. There's more incoming.
Quote:
Dear gaming people of the Western world — Actually, I don’t want to distinguish you from gaming people in Japan; I’d prefer to refer to you and I as “us”. Let me start over. Dear Gaming People:
It could just be the fact that I didn't get much sleep today because of a meeting, but that line hit me right in the feels.

I love Whoppers. I think the rest of this thread should get deep fried in butter and whipped at cars.

Kuro Whopper is still probably better for you than the Windows 7 Whopper they made a while ago.

What is wrong with squid ink? Squid ink pasta is "fine dining" over here, and while I'm sure the whopper equivalent won't be, it's the same gimmick.

Since we've been talking ridiculous fast foot here, I'm gonna put this here. Inspired by the most metal description of eating a chicken sandwich I've ever read, I hit google to see if they still made KFC Double Downs. Sadly, it doesn't look like it. However, this is a thing that exists and I want one.
