Pretty much. Cherry pick American failures and point out how Canada doesn't have them or not to the same degree, all while ignoring any things America does better.

Which is sad since Ottawa has spent hundreds of millions lobbying the US government to take it. Once again they hypocrisy of America, Our money is good enough, but our oil isn't. Not to mention Parker Brothers blatantly ripping off Canadian currency, then marketing it back to us in a board game. No shame, no shame at all.

Why? They've consistently failed to get anywhere close to a majority to vote for statehood.

We do get better oil we buy from you, because you have tricked us into believing our own oil is inferior to your oil.

Second, where are you bowling that there isn't a computer that keeps the score for you so you can drink?

Yes Center is 5 points, Next 2 are 3 each Back 2 are 2 each 15 points total over 5 pins.

Here in Canada we still do paper math, its why our education is ranked higher.

Pins are only worth a point each here. In Maine we have a thing called candlepin bowling - maybe elsewhere out east here too?

The pins are narrower than your standard 10-pin and the balls are smaller and wooden and have no holes. You get three throws per frame instead of two. You have to check your bowling alley though to find out if they're setting up for candlepin or 10-pin.

He's not talking about 10 pin bowling, but candlepin bowling as you call it. Usually when RDM is talking you can assume he has no idea what he's talking about.

No I am talking about 5 pin bowling. Called 5 pin bowling because it only uses 5 pins.

No idea how the OP vote shook out but the citizens of CO did vote to put a 25% sales tax on marijuana. 15% for school construction & education and the other 10% for marijuana policy enforcement. Thus begins the test of the whole "If we just legalized it and taxed it...." argument.

Edited, Nov 5th 2013 11:50pm by Jophiel

I'm waiting to see how this turns out with baited breath. I do subscribe to the belief that legalization with taxation is the best route to go in the best interests of everyone, but I haven't had the real opportunity to see it put into action. I'm watching Colorado closely now...Uruguay as well.

I don't remember you ever going on a knee-jerk Canadian superiority tear. So if you were doing it "somewhat regularly" you weren't very memorable at it.

Does that make you feel better or worse?

From my recollections you just slagged off the USA good and proper, without actually brining Canada into it. So it just fit right in with everyone else slagging off the USA for diverse and contradictory reasons. Although you had a sharper tongue than most. I enjoyed it.
