That pretty much describes almost all of Canada.
Bull sh*t. In the Atlantic Provinces, we're at the end of no where. The West coast is the other end of no where.

And the top part is a giant wall of ice that holds back ravenous hordes of snow-zombies and polar-mummies.
Exactly. You guys may or may not like us, you certainly don't respect us, but you most definitely do need us.

Spent most of the morning being chewed out by a two star over communications errors, and spending the rest of the time getting scheduling and sh*t done. Yay flu shot weekend. I was missing having a cold anyway.

It's 3.4km high actually. We also have one of the largest coral reefs in the world.

There's a lot of Dutch people in Canada, or people with Dutch ancestors anyway. There was a big wave of people migrating from the Netherlands to Canada in the late 40's and 50's.

Full. It's not full of Dutch people.

Also, while we're stuck with Quebec, there's an entire ocean between us and France.

Just certain parts. We really need to sell off the less profitable portions.

I had an urge to look it up, so I googled "dutch volcano."

I learned something new today that has nothing to do with geology. Smiley: blush

Canada isn't exactly full of anything aside from trees.

Yeah, what's with that anyway? We have all these random islands too. Still surprised they haven't just up and left already.

I have never been to Canada. Or the Netherlands. Or North of the Wall.

And on a completely unrelated note, we made delicious turkey panninis for dinner with Sweet Onion potato chips that are groovy.

I went to Canada a few times when I was kid. I'm thinking of going again in May for Costume Con with my middle child. Though if I want to enter any costumes, I best start sewing 6 months ago.

Worked on a piece of fused sterling silver jewelry today and then went shopping for food this evening with Jonwin. Tomorrow, if the election of officers for the Baltimore Science Fiction Society and oldest is going to run for corresponding sectary. Jonwin is of course working all weekend, so during day I will work on trying to successfully solder a bezel.

This weekend, I will be talking to my husband about moving to Florida. He's applied for a job out there, and he got a call today that he's their "top candidate." I really want to get back to the mainland. I really like it out here, but I miss my friends and family, and we can't afford $1,000 in airfare to go visit, even once a year, we're so broke these days. So we'll be pricing moving expenses so he can talk to them a little more seriously on Monday.

I'll also be doing some homework.

I will also be trying not to get involved in the drama that is going on downstairs.

That's about it. Not too exciting.

Thanks! I'm almost done with my school stuffs, so that will make it easier. :D

And I got very little sleep last night because one of the girls who lives downstairs was fighting with her boyfriend until about 4 in the morning. Which made my dog start barking randomly every 3 minutes or so as they escalated.

They've been gone for months, and suddenly they come back and it's more drama than AMC.

Call the cops on them? I don't know how much that would help but it might make them argue a little less loud next time.

Drill a hole in the floor and flood the lower appartment with acid?

I know two things with certanty in this life. 1. I will never live in an appartment ever again after having lived next to crazy T.V. noise at 2am lady for 2 years, with crazy deaf 2am T.V. guy for a year before that, and 2. No one has the right to disturb your sleep with that level of noise at that hour.

Call the cops, Confront them directly, Buy a Taser and stun them into silence then feed them to the sharks have your dog eat their feamurs, whatever it takes. But it isn't worth your health or sanity to have to deal with that ****. They won't change unless forcible incentivized to do so, they don't care about your rights or well being as an individual, and you have no need to be civilized to them in this instance because they have already forfieted their claim to civility.

Or take acid and spend the night tripping and listening to Pink Floyd.
