We learned yesterday that my sister is making a surprise visit today with her toddlers, while her house is worked over by the insurance adjusters. DOn't know how long they'll be staying...

Kids like to camp. Set up a tent in the backyard. Smiley: grin

I took Friday off work to go to the Uproar Fest. My weekend is already approximately 45% more awesome than anything you guys are planning.

I think we'll add that annoying friday song crap to the "rick rolling will get you banned so far back into the stone age that the resultant Cherenkov radiation will render your grandparents sterile before your parents were even born" rule.

How is that rickrolling? It's only rickrolling if you trap them into clicking on something that isn't related to the song you are linking. It's not like saying This is a rickroll, and linking it to an Astley single is rickrolling.

My weekend has been full of creative endeavors. Yesterday Jonwin and I went to The American Visionary Art Museum, were we found out the "What Makes Us Smile" show was already closed and being packed up. Sorry to Lisa Shellings-Clark that we didn't get to see her work this time. I did wear the necklace I finish that morning.
Screenshot

Today, I made another necklace that I hope to get a photo of me wearing at the Abell Street Fair. I used to live on Abell St neighborhood years ago and hope to see some old friends.

(Note the pair of earrings in the background of the photo. All of the above will be for sale on Etsy, once I get good photo taken.)

I started hating the camera man about 10 seconds into that one.

I just listened to it this weekend because of this thread. The terrible lyrics are one thing but the whole production is autotuned to the point of sounding like GLaDOS's retarded cousin.
