Who needs personality when you have some bushes to hide behind and some creased, sweat-stained photocopies of class schedules and insurance applications in your pocket?

Don't forget a CD changer and a chihuahua with a pink ribbon.

Oh, and a toupee apparently.

I can see how you're desperate to deflect from your deviant and predatory sexual fantasies by talking about a guy who hasn't been in office for over a decade.

Yes, I can see that perfectly well.

Guenny,

It could be worse. I could be a yankee.

So no one here's watched 'Easy Money' with Dangerfield?

I think I've still got a twenty five year old copy on tape around somewhere. Watched it last month at my brother's.

Not the tape, mind you, it was on Starz or something.

Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there.

I'd assume sarcasm, but given that you're involved with BT I really don't know what to think.

Pulling up her class schedule sounds like it might be enough to put you over the line. They might not make charges stick, but you seem well on your way to meeting the general criteria of stalking under Tennessee law as written:
"Unconsented contact" means any contact with another person that is initiated or continued without that person's consent, or in disregard of that person's expressed desire that the contact be avoided or discontinued. Unconsented contact includes, but is not limited to, any of the following:

(A) Following or appearing within the sight of that person;
(B) Approaching or confronting that person in a public place or on private property;
(C) Appearing at that person's workplace or residence;

(D) Entering onto or remaining on property owned, leased, or occupied by that person;
(E) Contacting that person by telephone;
(F) Sending mail or electronic communications to that person; or
(G) Placing an object on, or delivering an object to, property owned, leased, or occupied by that person
Source: Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-17-315. Stalking, aggravated stalking, and especially aggravated stalking. (2005)

Looks like A, B and C pretty well cover the "oops, I just happened to meet her" defense.

I just set up a policy for this beautiful blonde. I've been in insurance 9yrs now and have never asked a customer out. I'm seriously considering asking her out and was wondering whether or not it's unprofessional to ask a customer out? 36/24/36 flawless body and a face like reese witherspoon...d*mn my stupid professionalism.

I say go with your gut. If you feel you can wait it out, and perhaps 'guide' her to another insurance agency, remain professional until you are no longer her agent, then confess your desire to keep communication with her open.

Maybe you could meet over coffee to discuss her new policy to make sure the new company isn't ******** her over.

At least the opportunity is there to meet up and start a discussion, where the discussion leads to from there is up to you, and the connection between you two, or lack thereof.

Smiley: nodTake up any issues you have with the lawmakers in your fine state, who are presumably representative of the views of the majority of the state's population. They wrote the law, I just cited it. You do know how to read and check the cite, right?
