I just want to say that it has been a privilage and an honor working with you and getting to be a part of this site. Someday historians will look back on these years and determine that as MMo's played a profound roll in shaping our civilization. Well, it's october first, and maybe I'm late to the party, but good luck alladude.
I mean, it's something I always thought would happen right? Everything comes to an end, even if it's just change in people, but it alla has been the main dude for so long that I'd forgotten to expect it. The illusion was fantastic, and I can't begin to imagine the last... six years I think, differently, nor would I really want to.

I'd like to thank you sir, for all the work in the early days supplying my *** with quest info that I was too lazy to figure out on my own. Looking back, it's weird how my coming to this site evolved. I was first told by a buddy who played EQ about a cool site that had inside info on quests and tradeskills that I could go to for free. It started off simply leeching info, and after a while I actually began to contribute. Then one day I wandered into the OOT in the UBB days and thought "Why the hell are these idiots talking about real life stuff on a gaming website?" and got sucked in. Thanks for supplying me with entertainment during so many idle hours at work.
I never imagined that I would stay here beyond my need for gaming info, but there ya have it. I doubt I'll ever get as consumed by a game again, but it's nice to know that I have a place to go if I do.
If there is ever another Asylum gathering IRL, and we both happen to make it, I owe you a beer.

I've been using Allakhazam.com for longer than I can remember, though I've always had been an infrequent poster and more of a lurker. It's rare that any other gaming site had been able to fulfill my various MMO needs. :) You've brought a wonderful resource and community into this world that I can see many of us are grateful for.
I've had the honor these past six months of working for you. When I met you at Fan Faire earlier this year it was a shock--the *actual* Alla, OMG! ;) You were a very polite guy who I enjoyed getting the chance to talk to in person.

I remember when I started playing Everquest so many years ago I found this site and was amazed at all the information being gathered. I wanted to go to the server Alla played on to meet him :)

I wish you all the best in whatever you pursue next. Thanks for allowing the players a home, and a means of communication we would otherwise not have (to both each other and the creators of the games we play).
