Probably because there is barely any standard definition in it. The ratings are done by a group of parents. As the previous generation grows up and becomes parents as well, the standards change. So what my parents thought would be "too violent" for me, I may not believe the same thing for my daughter, so on and so forth.

But it was still PG-13 but I don't post here often enough to make a fuss about it. However, to make it more forum specific, breaking the filter should be added to the rules.
