I don't even know how it works now, actually. In the past, admins chose them. Dunno if that's still the case.

Apple finally answered my email and they decided to ignore the Terms of Service and refund the money I lost. That's pretty good customer service since their ToS or EULA mentions that all purchases via iTunes Store are final.
I wouldn't have had to pay for it, though, had Apple declined the refund. My bank would've covered it, but it's still nice to know that it's being handled on their end.
Time to redo all my passwords again. Ever since this incident, I've been changing passwords every 24 hours. Hey, you're not paranoid if someone really is stalking you.

Make sure you use numbers, letters, and symbols. Also if you can lower and capital letters, though some aren't case sensitive unfortunately.
