Booya! That's probably something like 0.01% closer to guru!

Edit: It'll start to be funny when he tells you what you're saying is retarded.

edit 2: Actually probably more like 0.1% closer to guru. I don't think it'll take another 10,000 rateups to get guru. I hope not anyway.

I has nothing against stout. Work on the other hand sucks, when you have to archive data, and it hasn't been done in forever.

When you're on break, go to the nearest decent liquor store and buy a sixpack of Barney Flats Oatmeal Stout by Anderson Valley Brewing Company, that'll make the work less boring.
Also, I wish I could get that beer for less than $3/bottle because it;s so @#%^ing good.

Edit: I love how I managed to type "Barney Flats Oatmeal Stout by Anderson Valley Brewing Company" flawlessly while tipsy yet failed on "it's"

Not so much boring as busy. I have a 15 or so delete, copy, zip, etc. commands going on 5 different computers. When things finish I do other things to the data, all part of the process of getting it together so I can cross check some stuff and leave my data in a safe place. So like all those multitasking skills from playing MMOs is just plain win for this.

I approve of your advice to buy beer though, and have made a mental note to do just that.

For the record, In recommend all those on the third row from the bottom on the lef because those are Weihenstephaner, all those with the gnome on the them because those are La Chouffe and all those on the second and third row from the top on the right because that's De Molen.

There's also a lot of Mikkeler on the far wall which is great and plenty of cool beers from the UK on the wall to the right that's worth trying, you can see the Brewdog labels.

We went on a tour there last summer, unfortunately the wait to get up to the bar afterward was well over an hour, and we had to drive back, major bummer. They're definitely worth a try, but you probably figured that out, pretty much anything from that brewery is. How much do they go for there anyway?

€10-15 a bottle. After taking a trip to Amsterdam, which is the only place I know of where I can get them.

Edit: see pic a few posts up, the left wall that you can't see in the pic is covered mostly in US microbrews and a bunch of special Belgian brews.

IIRC 22oz bottles mostly.

22 Ounces = 0.6506176496875 Liters

So like $10-$12 for that as part of a 6 pack if memory serves is fairly normal, some are a bit more. I suppose I could always check the supermarket again, see what things are going for. They're about 20% more than other microbrews a lot of the time.

Naw, but if you want the full amount back from your D3 Real Money transaction you have to get it credited to your blizzard account (it apparently does this by default). You can then use that to pay for other things from blizzard. I guess if you want the money to go to paypal or similar they're planning on taking a pretty good cut.

Don't know about those particular ones.

There's only a couple of places that I can get a decent selection of European beers that I know of off the top of my head, and I haven't been there in a while. Most of the time you're looking at $4-$10 a bottle, depending on the brand.

Also, my sister and her husband are going to be taking a trip to Europe, and I think they are stopping somewhere in Belgium for a day or two (flying into Dusseldorf, because they got insanely cheap tickets, and are just debating which nations they'll hit--Belgium is probably going to be one). Have any really good Belgian beers that I should pass along your recommendation on?
Westmalle, Westvleteren, Rochefort, Chimay, Orvay, Achel, Rodenbach, Duvel, 3 Fonteinen, Cantillon, Urthel, Kasteel, De Struise Brouwers, St Bernardus and probably a couple other brands I'm forgetting about right now.

It's funny, because it's true. We get snow almost every year, but our public transportation still comes to a screeching halt every year when the first snowfall kicks in. You can almost hear them go "Frozen water is falling from the sky! What kind of sorcery is this?!" It's a national joke that it isn't truly Christmas until the public transportation has had its first delay due to snow.

Also, Gaxe won't have any trouble catching up with me. I'm posting way less than I used to. Don't have much to say these days, I guess.

There's so much win in this statement, I don't even know where to start.

You say that like I only post when I do have something to say.
