It is Steam. Hotline: Miami is a Steamworks game; Steam is the only way to activate it.

TL2 is still $9.99 on Steam for another couple of hours. The four-pack is $29.99 so if you know someone else who wants it or just want to hang onto codes for later, that's a pretty good deal.

The Overlord complete pack is on a flash sale for $4.99. The second one was one of the more entertaining games I've ever played, in case anyone needs an endorsement from other folks before buying these things.

This looked good but I got home too late last night and missed this deal.

Can I jump into Overlord 2 ok without having played the first one?

I did and it was fine. Bought the second one used at GameStop a while back. Later bought the first one, but it's currently sitting on the pile that is my backlog of games.

Just because Steam has yet to put it on sale this season, GamersGate has Fallout: New Vegas for $4.75 after discount code. Not the complete edition though so no DLC with that.

Also, From Dust for $3.55 after discount code.

Amusingly, a copy of the Bethesda Complete Pack re-appeared in my GamersGate inventory but I'm not counting that until they finally decide WTF is going on with that whole mess. If I get serial codes for it, that'll be quite the coup.

Argh... both Skyrim DLCs are on sale (Dawnguard is like $13.50, and Hearthfire is $3.32). But...I haven't played Skyrim in quite some time (though I did put a couple hundred hours into it). And I have a bunch of mods that Dawnguard, at the very least, will likely mess with. Plus, a lot of mods seem just as good as these DLC; Hearthfire in particular seems pretty poor compared to other housing guides out there. Still, Dawnguard promises like 30-40 extra hours of gameplay... and Hearthfire actually fleshes out marriage and homes a bit, yeah? So indecisive...

Opinions? Smiley: glare

Wait until the Dragonborn DLC is released next month, the price for the other two will probably have dropped even more by then.

It never really started, Hopefully we see some truly good discounts this weekend, almost every discount last week was outshines by GMG or Amazon. Steam sales used to make people cower in fear because the deals were just to good to not buy. Now Steams sales are akin to anklebiting dogs, all bark and no bite.

Btw Tera just went on Amazon sale for 4.99

I missed Saint's Row the Third the ninety thousand times it was on sale, so now I'm debating: Grab it now for $15, or wait until tomorrow to see if it goes with the weekend encore?
