Zam

I've been programming in Perl (most of what Zam is,) for several years now, and was given a great opportunity to give back to the community as a programmer. I am currently working on several projects.

Second Job?

I have an occasional-time (read: when business is there) job installing Point of Sale Terminals in bars and restaurants. This amounts to a couple days a quarter on average

Third Job?!

I do freelance Web design and computer repair (mostly virus/spyware removal). I really haven't done this for profit in a long time. I've done a couple of sites gratis for friends starting their own businesses, and in as trades.

Music

Lavensfate

I also am in a band starting up called Lavensfate. We only have scratch recordings up so far.

History

I play keyboards in both bands (edit: I formerly played in Houston goth/industrial band Opulent), though was originally an opera/french horn double-major in college (I quickly changed majors). I've been involved in music in some way since I was a very young child, and would sooner die than not have music in my life. I am learning guitar and can play passable bass at this point.

Hobbies

I play WoW, design my own computer systems, automate things with Perl, and avoid social networking sites like the plague. I also study foreign languages for fun and am getting back into Japanese
