To find this mob in-game, use BACKSPACE to open the World Search window, then enter Crazy Kiosade in the Search field and click "Search". Remember, the field is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown.

You will find him on the north bank of Lake Qilana. When you have the first quest you can only drop him to 70% and he becomes invincible, you get your quest update and the second quest to make a potion that will allow you to kill him.
