He wants us to go to Shadowmoon Cove and politely ask Rotten-nose Porgy (Rdb) for a way to remove the curse on Yaniha Bimey? Shake hands and everyone walks away friends?

Somehow I am skeptical that we can retrieve the scroll in any way except lifting it from his cold, dead corpse. Fortunately, I am not at all adverse to that arrangement.
