Lord ree:You start a short conversation. He says a threat. You say 'im not scared of your threats'. Then skeletons attack you. Kill all four. Then you repeat the conversation and 3 worgs and the worgmaster spawn. Kill them. Repeat the conversation, but it is different this time. He says he is out of patience and attacks you with his four concubines and himself. Kill them. You should get lots of xp for this kill if you are lower:)
