| To Start: Speak to Carlisle Grey in Briarwood. Carlisle Grey says,"What are you doing here? Haven't you heard of the horrors that haunt these parts? It's a tale older than you and me both. What to hear it? Most that dwell in this dark forest know the tale of Zargolut. You see, many years ago, Zargolut practiced forbidden magic. He used unwitting travelers as his test subjects, turning them into hideous creatures of the night for his own amusement. Some say his magic backfired, causing Zargolut's spirit to forever roam the Briarwood. While rumors describe the steps to free him from this world, none have dared try. Of course, this is all a silly children's tale. I wonder what would happen if you traveled to the windmill, captured Zargolut's essence, and then released it by the water's edge. " This is a Search quest. Membership is required to begin this quest. | ||
