Speak to Researcher Aillena Belzia at 1176, 12, 1281 Copy in the Tranquil Sea to begin this quest.

1. Collect items from the isle, they'll have a white particle effect:
• 10 pieces of masonry from Malvonicus' Tower (broken stone piles)
• 10 scavenged parts from Malvonicus' Tower (scattered metal pieces)
• 10 pieces of lumber from Razortooth Bay (planks of wood floating in the water in the area around 984, 3.7, 1267 Copy )
2. Return to Aillena to complete the quest

Reward

• a D.I.R.T.Y. weapon (level 96, varies by class)
