The Death Knight will have three presences they can choose from at any time to best fit their current task (PvE, Tank or PvP). They are as follows:

Strangulate | Runic Power | 0.2 | Strangle an enemy consuming all available Runic Power to silence the target for a maximum of 5 seconds and dealing up to 434 shadow damage at the end of the effect. |
Blood Boil | None | 0.1 | Causes all disease effects on targets within 30 yards to painfully erupt, consuming the diseases and forcing the target to attack the Death Knight for 3 sec. |
Death Pact | 2B | N/A | Sacrifice an undead minion, healing the Death Knight for 2600 health. |
Blood Tap | None | N/A | Immedietly activates a Blood Rune and converts it to a Death Rune. This rune counts as a Blood, Unholy or Frost Rune. Lasts 10 seconds. |
Rune Tap | 1 Blood | N/A | (Talent:Blood) Converts 1 Blood Rune into 300 health. (1 Minute Cooldown) |
Mark of Blood | 1 Blood / 1 Unholy | N/A | (Talent:Blood) Place a Mark of Blood on an enemy. Whenever the marked target is healed all party members receive 5% of that healing. If a marked that grants experience or honor is killed, all party members are healed for 10% of their total health. Each person can be healed for a maximum of 300 per mark. Lasts 3 minutes. |
Hysteria | 1 Blood / 1 Unholy | N/A | (Talent:Blood) Induces a friendly unit into a killing frenzy for 30 seconds, increasing their physical damage by 20%, but causing them to suffer damage equal to 1% of their base health every second. (2 Minute Cooldown) |
Heart Strike | 1 Blood | N/A | (Talent:Blood) A debilitating attack that lowers the target's total health by 20%, up to 3000, for 30 seconds. |
Dancing Rune Weapon | 10 Runic Power | N/A | (Talent:Blood) Unleashes all available runic power to summon a second rune weapon that fights on its own for 1 second per 10 runic power, doing the same attacks that you do. (1 Minute Cooldown) |
Frost Spell Rune Cost APC Description Icy Touch 1F 0.2 Deals 583 Frost Damage and reduces the targets ranged, melee attack and casting speed by 15% for 22 sec. Mind Freeze 1F 0.1 Strike the target's mind with cold, dealing 237 Frost Damage and interrupting spellcasting while also preventing any spell in that school from being cast for 3 seconds. Icebound FortitudeRunic Power N/A Consumes all availible Runic Power, causing the Death Knight to become immune to Stun effect and increasing armor by 50% for up to 12 seconds. Does not remove existing stun effects. Empower Rune Weapon None N/A Empower your rune weapon, immediately activatine one of each rune type. Chains of Ice2F N/A Freezes the target in place for 4 seconds. The target regains 10% of their movement speec each second after breaking free of the chains. Frozen Rune Weapon 1F N/A (Talent:Frost) Imbue your rune weapon with frost, causing 4.23376623377 to 13.04 additional frost damage, based on the speed of the weapon. Also has a chance to cause your target to be vulnerable to Frost damage. Lasts 10 minutes. Deathchill None N/A (Talent:Frost) When activated, increases your critical strike chance with Frost spells by 100% for the next 6 seconds. Minute Cooldown Howling Blast1F N/A (Talent:Frost) Blast the target with a frigid wind dealing 719 Frost damage to all enemies within 10 yards. Deals triple damage to frozen targets. Minute Cooldown Frost Strike1F N/A (Talent:Frost) A strong attack that increases melee damage by 200 and causes your attack to deal Frost damage. Has a 30% chance to freeze the target. Hungering Cold10 Runic Power N/A (Talent:Frost) Unleashes all available runic power to eradicate all heat from around the Death Knight, freezing enemies within 10 yards and preventing them from performing any action for 2 sec per 10 runic power. Enemies are considered frozen, but any damage will break the ice. Minute Cooldown
