What is the VIP Program?
The VIP Program is a 5-level reward system that SOE started in Free Realms during the week of February 10, 2011. It is set up to reward you for retaining membership on your Free Realms account over time.
How do I get it?
All you need to do is purchase membership for your account. It can be any type -- 1 month at a time; 3-, 6-, or 12-month membership packages; or Lifetime Membership.
How do I increase my VIP ranking?
Right now, after purchasing membership, there's nothing you have to do. Your level will automatically increase every day. In the future, it has been stated that there will be other ways implemented to help increase your level, and let you get to those higher ranks faster.
What happens if I cancel my membership?
If you let your membership lapse, you will slowly lose your VIP ranking. However, the ranking will not automatically be reset to zero during any lapses. As soon as you renew your membership, your points will go up again from wherever they left off.
How long does it take to get to each new level?
At this point we are not sure, there has been no official word. This information is assuming continuous membership.
- Level 1 -- achieved after one month of membership
- Level 2 -- approx. 2 months after reaching Level 1
- Level 3 -- approx. 3 months after reaching Level 2
- Level 4 -- approx. 4 months after reaching Level 3
- Level 5 -- approx. 5 months after reaching Level 4
What rewards do I get?
Each level has its own special rewards. As you level up your VIP rank, you unlock exclusive VIP titles, items from the Marketplace, and the ability to equip certain clothing across jobs.

How do I get a title to show with my name?
Click on the About Me button -- the little character portrait on the UI bar. Then click the Details button, which will bring up a screen showing all the info about your character. Right under your name bar, there's a drop-down box where you can choose from all available titles.
