Serisaria has a chance to spawn over the course of the heroic adventure "Storm of Sorts".

She appears near the entrance to the Caverns of Endless Song (far northern part of the zone in the coral reef).

Her difficulty scales with your group's average level. At the highest level, expect an encounter on the same difficulty level as regular nameds in Tempest Temple.
