From a trial and error standpoint so far I have found that attacking level 99 enemy's (Crabs in Abyssea Grauberg) for roughly 2 hours and not missing much at all I averaged about 10 levels in that span time. Most fights would result in no skill ups at all, mostly a random .4 or .5 here and there.

For what it's worth, your guide got me through CoP and I loved it. Sad to see it go =(
P.S. Updating it would really just be a matter of putting "BLU + Headbutt spam = instawin" on the top of the main page really. Most of the other old-school strategies are still the best. |
