I usually only do a switch to pull with. I've got two different macros for the pull that allow me to toggle setups and they're relatively easy. R Hit% with the pull setup and capped archery/marksmanship allows a connect rate in the 45% range (RNG would get around 75%-85%) with only a ring swap.
