Bristlebane Day returns tomorrow, Friday, March 27th, and runs through Thursday, April 9th. There's new recipes, new rewards, and new quests! Keep your eye out for interesting Patchcraft mobs all over Norrath and earn your Patchcraft Slayer achievements!

On April 1st things really get hopping! On theHighest of Silly Days you can collect bunnies all over Norrath for four achievements (one's new this year). Returning are the Jester's superior gardens in Enchanted Lands, giving harvestables from all holidays. Frostfell crafting stations will also pop up in Enchanted Lands on the Highest of Silly Days. The Sphinx now offers three quests exclusively on April Fool's Day, so you'd better like riddles!

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn will launch Patch 2.55: Before the Fall Part 2 one week from today. According to Yoshida, the new update will include:

• The Final Coil of Bahamut will be added to the Duty Finder
• The World of Darkness weekly gear limit will be removed
• The amount of MGP you receive in the Gold Saucer will be adjusted
• Adjustments will also be made to the Triple Triad tournaments
• Considering making balance adjustments to Triple Triad NPCs since we've received lots of feedback that certain NPCs can be a bit too strong

EverQuest II takes part in the celebration of 16 years of EverQuest with the Chronoportals live event. Ancient portals take players back in time to battle creatures of a distant past. Several of these encounters have memorable dialogues that any former EverQuest player can appreciate.

New this year is Hunt the Past, a quest which dedicated Chronoportal hunters should grab before venturing into Norrath of long ago.

Whether you're looking for the chronoportal that Quillmane dwells within, need some help defeating the Nagafen's Lair encounter, or just want some info on collecting event shinies and buying merchant items, our Chronoportals guide has it all. The event begins at 12:01am PDT on March 19, 2014 and will run until 11:59pm PDT on March 26, 2014.

The Heavensward expansion is coming to Final Fantasy 14 on June 23rd, but you can pre-order the expansion now! The expansion will come in four versions: Collector's, Digital Collector's, Standard and All-in-One bundle. While the two Collector's editions are the only ones getting additional items above the base expansion, any edition that pre-orders will get some exclusive bonuses including an early access period for the expansion.

Hello and welcome to the 2nd edition of Formerly Hardcore, ZAM’s column on Blizzard Entertainment’s World of Warcraft. For our second column, we’re going back into WoW’s latest raid, Blackrock Foundry. So far we’ve covered the four easiest of the ten encounters in BRF, as well as some talk about my experience with using WoW’s Group Finder tool. Now it’s time to move on to the heavy hitters – compared to those first four bosses, these next six are far crazier and far more interesting.

PAX East 2015: Video Recap

Mike B and Lindsay Geektron hit the floor of PAX East last weekend to grab some interviews and footage of the show. They took a look at Alienware's Steam Machine, chatted about XSplit's latest version update, and snagged interviews for Gigantic, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Elite: Dangerous. Finally, they took a stroll through the Indie Megabooth to bring us an amazing megamix of 30 indie games in under 30 minutes.
