Pork roast with flairFollow

Take a pork roast and cut along it so you can unroll it to about 1/2 inch to an inch thick.

I made a garlic basil pesto to go inside, but there are a lot of different flavours that would be fantastic.

roll it back up and tie it. Sear in a hot pan, and then slowly bake until it's done. Easy fantastic fancy roast.
