Personal recommendation, don't invest the ten frozen in it unless you're collecting mounts, have to have all recipes or some other reason like that as personally, I'm less then impressed with its appearance.

I think it is pretty, but was disappointed that it is the same size as the other rugs. The vendor is riding a small one. Oh well, one more random mount. Who knows, maybe I'll start going for the 100 mount achievement.
I'm getting it for all my tailors, one more for the mount macro.
It's something to do with you FO anyhow. I wasn't really expecting anything groundbreaking, so I'm going to get it anyhow.
