I just recently dinged 70 and started doing fishing dailies about 5 days ago... and have only been receiving one quest from OMB... Shrimpin' Ain't Easy is the only quest he is giving me. Anyone else experiencing similar problems?

Sometimes you'll go through streaks like you're experiencing where you get the same quest for a few days straight. Keep at it and you should start seeing the other quests.
Consider yourself lucky.
Ol' Man Barlow gave the same fishing quest for nearly a week straight: "Crocolisks in the City"... yet managed to avoid ever giving me "Chuck", the ONE pet I was missing.

They changed something for the pets from the Org fishing daily?
Seems the pets droprate is 100%.... thats when "Crocolisks in the City" is the daily.

I hate that SOB, having done the shatt daily fishing quests somewhat religiously. Aside from the hat and 1 gem, nothing but fish hooks!

The last three times I've done this daily, I've gotten no pet twice and one I already had. So drop rate isn't 100%, at least from my experience.

I had 2 crocs previously on my warrior, and got a 3rd one by chance because I was in shat at the time. I then did the quest on my priest and mage and got the pet both times. Fortunately the quest appeared for the next two days. On both these chars I got the other two pets for both chars.
