10-player bosses that drop Runed Orbs will also sometimes drop the recipes that use those orbs.

I take it the new recipes that go with them are uber rare as I haven't seen one drop yet, admittedly though, I've only been on two runs through the new raids?
Runed orbs only drop ten man uld while doing the hard mode encounters.
