Netherstorm and Alter of Shadows :: World of Warcraft

I am now a 351 level Tailor and I want to start making the 2 cloths that come from both these places , the neatherstorm i can sort of figure out on my own(I presume it to be in Netherstorm somewhere) I've not been yet as only 66 atm but where on earth is the Alter of shadows?
