Is there anybody that can tell me how to get past the 300 lvl mark onn mining?
If you are horde you will talk to the grandmaster mining trainer in Thrallmar past the Dark Portal in Hellfire Peninsula. You can then mine the Fel-Iron out there.
For alliance, the trainer is in the blacksmith shop in Honor Hold

Where is Honor Hold exactly?
in hellfire peninsula directly across from thrallmar to the south.
If you can kill them, you can actually mine the bodies of the Colossus mobs to the west of the Temple of Telhamat. There's also certain mobs in Zangarmarsh that you can pick with Herbalism.
You can mine the Raging Colossus bodies but don't bother, I have mined dozens of them and not come up with anything but vendor trash grey crystal fragments of some sort that are worth nothing. Real shame because it would be nice for them to at least drop some gems.
