Enchanting trackingFollow

Hi. I need to increase my enchanting with my lock, so I get an enchanting skill up to a maximum of 225. The enchanter in Orgrimmar says that I need to go to Stonetalon Mountains and speak with Hgarth I think his name is, in sun rock retreat, I believe it's called? The funny thing is, I have run around in circles 25 times trying to find this dude. 1 hour later i gave up and went grinding.
Do anyone know where he is!? :\ I know it's a lame question, but im at the utter frustration.

There's a small path up a hill there, he's at the top of the hill. If I remember correctly, the path is in the back end of Sunrock Retreat, facing northeast. You DON'T want the path leading to the burned-out vale with the harpies.
