I need help with Blacksmithing and Mining.!!Follow

Hi i need help with my proffs they are soo low and im already level 53. Both my blacksmithing and mining are 90. =( I would like some help on how to get the skills higer up. I always had trouble making things cause i could never get the items i needed and now i cant level up until i get my proffesions up to my level cause there are tons of ore when im leveling that i cant get. Can anyone help me with some strategys and tips and maybe a BS and Mining leveling guide or sumtin. I have a alot of gold so cash isnt the problem its just that i wanna get those skills up and also what level do i get to choose wether to go different paths of blacksmithing?
