I have soulbound items that I would like to disenchant and send the dust and shards to my alt. Can an enchanter disenchant from the "not to be traded" space and turn the item in that space into dust, shards?

lol. I guess this is one of those questions everyone knows the answer to but wont answer. Too bad i cant search the forums. Not a premium user :(
No, you cannot disenchant items that are soulbound to another player.
