How do i drop a skillFollow

Hello!! I am really new to this game, i have only played for 2 days. I am level 12 Rouge. I started tailoring as a skill and it seems fairly easy i am level 40+. And i also picked up leathering. I some realized that is a mistake because you have to have skinning for leathering. And now i cant figure out how to drop a skill. Also should i drop tailoring and pick up skinning/leatherworking??
