Alchemy level questionFollow

My alchemy stats are currently at 225/225. The last trainer I visited was the guy in the Undercity. He tells me that I have to visit the fellow in the Swamp of Sorrows. I track him down but he won't train me unless I'm at 230? How do I get from 225 to 230? None of the (red) potions that I make are raising my level. Did I miss something?

Thanks!

That doesnt sound right, the 230... I think you are looking at the next avaliable recipe, and not the skill training level. Perhaps you are not above the minimum exp. level, which i believe is 35.

Um. What level are you?

You have to be level 35 and buy the final cap raise to 300. That is why when you make something, you're not getting any skillpoints.

Here's your sign.

I'm level 39, which I thought was high enough. I'll try it again when I reach 40 and hopefully that'll do it.

At 39, your level is high enough. However, you need to buy the next level of enchanting (Artisan) before you can learn new recipes or raise your alchemy above 225. Here is a link to the list of trainers:

The trainer in the Swamp of Sorrows should be able to teach Artisan Alchemy to you. Try adjusting your filters if this option is not available.
