How exactly of the Naxxramas frost patterns learned? I have seen quest that reward you with the items themselves but not the patterns.

Head into the Spider Wing of Naxarramus.
Clear the trash in the first large room. It takes around 5 or 6 seperate pulls to do this.
There is a guy in a cage at the far end of the room by the entrance to the balcony overlooking Instructor Razuvious.
This guy will teach you various patterns depending on your rep.

The above poster is correct apart from the fact that it's the Deathknight wing as opposed to the spider wing.

Ok thanks for the info so far, but one more thing. Once you complete the quest and get the item for yourself the first time you get the pattern as well?
