Every realm is different. If I told you what it sells for on my server and the Delight didn't sell, you'd end up saying I gave you bad advise. If I gave you a price that was too low, you'd curse me for cheating you. Get Auctioneer and run regular scans for a week. That will provide you the price you should be selling it at.

If you don't want to use an add-on, browse the AH for Deviate Delight. See what everyone else has it priced at, and put your price about 5% lower than the prices you see.

You may not be stupid, but you certainly don't pay attention. :) If you go to the link YOU attached in the initial post, you will see the first piece of information listed under the description is "Median Price". This price is compiled from Wowreader data uploaded by posters on multiple servers.

It looks like you priced your Sagefish Delight too high.

This is solid advice. It doesn't matter what the median, average, or historical price of an item is on your server or any other if the current listings are undercutting it by 10s. You simply will not sell anything if you are above the current market price. If nothing is listed and you have no auctioneer data, then you can use the median price from the link as a starting point.

Finally, good luck making gold with Sagefish Delight. Normally you should have better luck with Deviate Fish, Firefin Snapper, Oily Blackmouth, and Stonescale Eels. Eels are normally the best because they see steady use in high level alchemy potions. I would check the prices of those four fish on your server.
