disenchanting skill cap?Follow

I'm about to start enchanting and have a question. What's the skill cap on disenchanting. The page on it didn't make sense to me, so I wanted to double check. I figure since I'll have to disenchant so much stuff anyway, I might as well max out my skillups doing that first.
