well could you tell me exactly where in stormwind? because i have asked around and I dont think people have been saying stormwind. Ive looked everywhere in the mage quarter also and the highest trainer will only train up to 150.

I took this from the FAQ on the official boards:

I am ready to train in Expert, who can train me?

* You need to be level 20 before you may be trained as an Expert.
* You need 125 points of Tailoring before you may be trained as an Expert.

Tailoring - Georgio Bolero in Stormwind City (A) or Josef Gregorian in The Undercity (H) - - Section 3.2

I am ready to train in Artisan, who can train me?
Only a Master Tailoring Trainer can train you.

* You need to be level 35 before you may be trained as an Artisan.
* You need 200 points of Tailoring before you may be trained as an Artisan.

Tailoring - Timothy Worthington in Dustwallow Marsh (Theramore Island) (A) or Daryl Stack in Hillsbrad Foothills (Tarren Mill) (H) - -

There are two tailor shops that are around the corner from each other in the mage district of Stormwind. One of the two should have the trainer your looking for.
"Too many requests! Slow down!" Yes, thank you, I should take the time to savor the experience of purchasing 37 chicken eggs.

And the funny thing is, the guards tell you where to go to get trained; and if you have a trainer who can no longer train you, he tells you who to see next! And the largest irony; if you can't figure it out, you're on a resource website that even includes a map!
