The Beast in Lower Black Rock Spires drops Finkle's Skinner which is a +10 to skinning.

As far as being stupid, how about you not be a dumbass and think about the big picture. Your skinning ability is level limited, as in the higher your skinning ability the higher the level of mob you can skin. So if you are capped at 300 skinning that means you can only skin up to level 61ish mobs, but if you get plus 10 or more you raise the level of mob you can skin. The Beast is flagged lvl 63 so how do you plan to skin Pristine Hide of the Beast , a purple item that can be used for a quest or sold for some very very good cash.

From what I have been reading, there are a few others that are the same way, this is the only one I know of with a extremely worthwhile return on the skinning though.
